Air Covers cover Arena for the BBC

Arena have chosen Air Covers to design and engineer covers for their aerial cameras. Arena Aviation owns and operates the BBC News & Sky News helicopters and also operate two of Europe’s largest High Definition Outside Broadcast units.

Their requirement was for a cover that would moderate the extremes of outside temperature in the height of summer or the depth of winter. As designers of covers for helicopters in Antarctica and the UAE, Air Covers was a natural choice.

Arena is linked with numerous high profile events including the FA Premiership, Six Nations Rugby, the British Grand Prix, the Brit awards, the Bafta Orange film awards and HM The Queen’s 80th Birthday Party at Buckingham Palace.
