Oil Rig Supply Contract Announced

The world's largest helicopter services operator has awarded a contract to supply helicopter covers for its North Sea operations. CHC operates in some of the world's most hostile environments and had a need for helicopter covers that would perform in sub-zero temperatures with wind gusting above 80 knots.

Air Covers supply helicopter covers to arctic explorers, the military and oil exploration companies in the Tropics. CHC were impressed by the fabric testing regime, CAD design and manufacturing expertise of Air Covers and have awarded a Super Puma and AS365N supply contract.
